WEST FARGO EVENT VENUES
West Fargo Events has two outdoor plaza spaces that are an ideal outdoor event venue. They are perfect for corporate events, family reunions, private parties and more.  The West Fargo Events staff will be hosting their own events, but will accommodate and host events for you as well!

POW/MIA PLAZA

400 Sheyenne Street | West Fargo

The POW/MIA Plaza is a city owned community

space located in the heart of downtown West Fargo. It features a large-screen display with cable TV capabilities, artificial turf, a 24'x36' portable stage and a PA system. This space is home to many community events as well as being open to the community and available to book for events.

The Lights Plaza is a City of West Fargo owned
plaza located on the south side of the city. The
Lights plaza features a permanent stage, a
large-screen display with cable TV capabilities,
a PA system and artifical turf. This space is host
to many community events and also capable of
large events such as concerts, vendor shows, and
corporate events.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

OF RENTERS INCLUDE

Renters will be asked to sign an event contract and make
payment of 50% of estimated rental fee to reserve their
desired event date. Remainder of fee is due 30 days prior
to date of contracted event.

Other Renter Responsibilities

  • Liability Insurance

  • Catering Arrangements by Licensed Caterer

  • Temporary Event Liquor License

  • Liquor Service by Licensed Alcohol Provider

  • Security Guard Fee for the Facility
